The location is excellent for sight seeing as it's close to all tourist atractions. Even though we booked a economy room we received a regular one. We got one night off the price.
The was no air conditioning in the room even though it said it did in the description when we booked the room. The room was quite messy and hadn't been cleand of dust for a long time. The bathroom shower was cloged up so everytime we washed we ended up with a small flood on the bathroom floor.

Great value for money. Good room. Everything is new and kept very clean. Owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is so new that the airport shuttle driver did not know where it was. Good thing is, it's very easy to find, also on foot from the main tourist attractions. Nice, calm interior, bed was comfortable, clean, everything works. Rooftop breakfast is nice if you have a continental taste like we do. Nextdoor shop/cafe is a great asset too, lovely tea, sweets and waterpipe while your other half browses clothes and earrings.

small hotel with very hospitable staff. if you speak in English you will meet the owner Emre, if you are talking only in Russian language, you will meet Maca, which will prepare for you fantastic breakfast. Every morning you will begin to enjoy a delicious breakfast together and form through the window, which overlooks a beautiful view of the small Sofia.
